Like many children who came of age in the 1970’s, I was told that I could be or do anything I want, if I studied and worked hard.
But after years of public school education, ( in a “great school district”) I felt drained of almost all of my creative capacity and it left me traumatized, lacking self esteem and forgetting what my gifts and talents were and most importantly, WHO WAS I?
I spent so much time working as a babysitter and a store clerk in order to get a degree in nursing so I could spend almost 40 years in a career that I sometimes liked, but my work caused me stress and anxiety, burn out, physical and mental health issues and more trauma! Mostly I felt detached and depressed without meaning in my life.

EVERYTHING CHANGED WHEN COVID HIT IN 2020!
I, like many people working in healthcare and other jobs, began to re-evaluate my life and I knew that it was way overdue for me to seriously move on to something that I love and something that aligns with my purpose. BUT WHAT WAS MY PURPOSE?
Since my childhood days of roaming the woods, with my friends for hours on end, being a girl scout, a hiker, trail rider, runner, skier and a day camp nursery director I have always loved to be outdoors. Even after 2020, it still took me a couple of years to realize that my purpose and greatest joy is to connect others with nature and help them reap the benefits that being in nature imparts on us.
As a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach (IAWP),Nature Therapy Guide (NWA) and Astrologer, my mission is to help others who are struggling like I was for most of my life! Whether you are in a job that is causing you stress and burnout, you are having stress and anxiety for any reason, are struggling with balancing work and rest, feel disconnected from nature and your purpose, or just want to spend time in nature but just not sure how to do that, I am here to help!
During a 90 minute transformative walk, we take a step (sometimes a leap) towards our healing and alignment with our true nature.
